Passed the NPTE on my 2nd Attempt
I’m Rakhi Shivani and I have been working the past 5 years as a physiotherapist after completing my Master’s in Physical Therapy in India.
On my first attempt with the NPTE, I studied academically like most of us do without realizing that this exam indeed is clinically based and is well beyond our textbooks. And as it would be, I failed to clear the exam on my first attempt. It was quite disheartening as I had never failed in any of my exams throughout my academics. I was then told about TEP by a friend who had enrolled for the same and cleared her exam with a good score.
During my journey with TEP I was able to overcome my fear and lack of confidence that had deeply seated in after facing a failure in my first attempt. The exam process, time management, and the exam taking strategies definitely changed my way of looking at the exam. It also helped me build a strong foundation for the NPTE.
The online forum, live webinars, and daily discussions helped me with my studies. This also worked as a support system to sail me through my journey. After 3 months of proper planning, study schedules, and the right preparation I succeeded in my 2nd attempt. It wouldn’t have been possible without TEP’s guidance and support. I’m very thankful to the entire team.
Last but not the least, stay focused, be confident, dont procrastinate, and follow the tips and tricks provided by TEP and success shall be yours! I surely recommend people for to join TEP who would be preparing for the NPTE.
